Free forever

The scrolls are free. They stay free.

No ads, no paywall, no account, nothing hidden. I build these because curiosity should not cost anything. Two things keep them going: people who donate, and teachers who buy the classroom packets. If a scroll gave you a moment of wonder or taught your kid something new, either one helps.

25% of every donation and every packet sale, after processing fees, goes to education for children in marginalized and under-resourced communities: books, classroom supplies and technology.

Use it in your classroom

Teachers and homeschoolers are welcome to use the scrolls freely, forever. Every card opens into topics on daily life, food, work, family and more, and each era notes how strong the evidence is behind it. If you want it ready to print, there are 24 classroom packets with lesson plans and answer keys.
